- You need 1 kg of beef bones.
- Prepare 500 g of split peas.
- Prepare 1 of onion.
- You need 3 of potatoes.
- You need 2 of carrots.

- Pour peas into a pot then rinse and boil.
- In a separate pot boil beef bones till soft.
- Chop onion, peel potatoes and carrot and then dice finely then add into the boiling soup, also add crushed garlic.
- When the bones are soft enough add them in to soup pot and add spices and knorrox then stir well leave go boil a bit until soup is cooked well then thicken with minestrone soup and let it simmer before switching off the stove.
