- It's 200 gm of Arborio Rice.
- Prepare 100 gm of Frozen Edamame Beans.
- Prepare 100 gm of Frozen Peas.
- Prepare 1/2 of Onion finely chopped.
- Prepare 2 cloves of garlic crushed.
- It's 1 tsp of fresh Thyme.
- It's 1 tsp of fresh Rosemary.
- Prepare 1 Tbsp of Chopped Mint.

- You need 600 ml of Vegan stock.
- You need 100 ml of Oatly single cream.

- Over a medium heat cook the onions till starting to soften..
- Add the rice & cook for a few minutes stirring in one direction continuously..
- Add 200ml of the stock & keep stirring in the same direction. As the stock absorbs add the Garlic, Thyme, Rosemary..
- Keep adding the stock a little at a time while stirring. After 10 mins drop in the Edamame beans..
- After a few minutes drop in the peas..
