- You need 1 bunch of fresh spinach.
- Prepare 1 of big tomato.
- You need 3-4 of finely chopped garlic.
- Prepare Some of roasted cauliflowers (optional).

- Prepare 1/2 tbsp of oil.

- Wash and cut to spinach and tomato. And now take one big bowl add 1/2 water and blanch it for 2-3 mins..
- Now let it cool down and then take mixture grinder, pour this blanched spinach and tomato in a grinder and grind it..
- Now again take same bowl add 1/2 tbsp oil after heating oil add chopped garlic and saute for seconds..
- Then add this grinded tomato and spinach in bowl also added fresh peas, salt and black pepper and cook for 10-15 min in medium to low flame..
- Spinach soup is ready for the serve..
- Pour this soup in soup bowl add roasted cauliflower and serve it..
