Ingredients of Veggies Soup
- You need 1 tbsp of finely chopped carrot.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of finely chopped beans.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of finely chopped cabbage.

- Take out all ingredients and keep aside..
- On low flame heat a wok add butter n desi ghee after 10 seconds add ginger saute nicely for 30 seconds. For enhance the taste add bay leaf, cinnamon and black cardamom saute..
- On low to medium flame add all Veggies except tomato. Saute nicely until make crunchy. Now add tomato mix well and saute..
- Now combine salt and pepper powder mix well and mix 2 cup of water or according your taste. Mix well..
- Close the lid and boiled for 4-5 minutes on medium to high flame. In a bowl put cornstarch and mix 1/4 cup of water gradually,make lumps free slurry. Keep aside. Now take out the bay leaf, cinnamon and black cardamom..
- On low flame add cornstarch slurry gradually mix well. Now boiled for 2 minutes on low flame stir continously..
- Add lemon juice and coriander leaves. Mix well. Turn off the flame..
