Paella.
You can have Paella using 14 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you cook it.
Ingredients of Paella
- You need 150 g of chorizo.
- It's 6 of chicken thighs (boned & skinless).
- Prepare 200 g of raw king prawns.
- You need 1 of whole red onion.
- It's 1 of large garlic clove.
- You need 250 g of paella rice.
- It's 1 ltr of chicken stock.
- Prepare 1 cup of frozen peas.
- You need 1 of heaped tsp of turmeric.
- It's 1/2 tsp of sweat paprika.
- You need 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika.
- You need 1 of Chilli.
- You need of Red peppers.
- You need of Olive oil.
Paella instructions
- Chop chorizo, onion, garlic, chilli and chicken and add to large frying pan. Lightly fry.
- Add prawns, turmeric, paprika and peppers. Stir for a couple minutes.
- Mix in the rice and peas.
- Pour in chicken stock and cover for 20 mins. No need to stir.
- After 20 mins remove lid and simmer for a couple of mins to make sure the liquid has all condensed.
