Ingredients of Paella

  1. You need 150 g of chorizo.
  2. It's 6 of chicken thighs (boned & skinless).
  3. Prepare 200 g of raw king prawns.
  4. You need 1 of whole red onion.
  5. It's 1 of large garlic clove.
  6. You need 250 g of paella rice.
  7. It's 1 ltr of chicken stock.
  8. Prepare 1 cup of frozen peas.
  9. You need 1 of heaped tsp of turmeric.
  10. It's 1/2 tsp of sweat paprika.
  11. You need 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika.
  12. You need 1 of Chilli.
  13. You need of Red peppers.
  14. You need of Olive oil.

Paella instructions

  1. Chop chorizo, onion, garlic, chilli and chicken and add to large frying pan. Lightly fry.
  2. Add prawns, turmeric, paprika and peppers. Stir for a couple minutes.
  3. Mix in the rice and peas.
  4. Pour in chicken stock and cover for 20 mins. No need to stir.
  5. After 20 mins remove lid and simmer for a couple of mins to make sure the liquid has all condensed. Paella
