- Prepare 4 tsp of cornflour dissolve in water.
- It's 5 bowls of Normal water.

- You need 1 tsp of Black pepper.
- You need 2 tbsp of Butter.
Hot and Sour Soup instructions
- First of all, take a kadhai and add butter to it..
- As soon as butter melts add ginger and garlic..
- Now keep ready all the ingredients. Chopped all the vegetables. And keep ready sauces..
- Now add veggies like carrot, beans, white part of spring onion one by one and mix them properly in butter..
- Add peas, cabbage, and sweet corn..
- Saute all the veggies properly. Do not let them soft..
- Now add water, black pepper, and salt to it..
- Mix well all ingredients and cover the lid for 5 minutes..
- Let them boil and add chilli sauce, vinegar and soya sauce to it..
- Now add green part of spring onion..
- Now make a slurry by adding 4 tsp cornflour to 4 tsp water. Add this slurry to the soup in batches. Now cover the lid and let the soup boil for 5 minutes..
- Now open the lid after 5 minutes. so, the healthy and delicious Hot and Sour Soup is ready now. Enjoy this Soup..
